This blog post will explain how moderators take action against people who have broken rules/best practices or policies.

If you have recently gotten moderated this blog explains how the moderator is trained to enforce the rules and how they should take action.

Please keep in mind that if you believe a moderator has abused their power, please join our Discord and create a ticket, and internal affairs will review it.

How moderators are trained and take action

A moderator's responsibility is to enforce the in-game and Discord server rules. A moderator has gone through training and is well-educated in our rules, they have also read and studied a handbook which is a guide that has been built solely to help them enforce the rules better and more efficiently while not losing the quality of their job. That is a moderator's job and responsibility, to enforce the rules.

A moderator has a best practice that during a mod scene, one needs media proof that needs to be sent to the moderator through our “mod-scenes” channel on our Discord, or we need 3 non-associated witnesses to “vouch” for the situation.

Then after some collaboration with other moderators (if needed) and analysis of the data and nature of the situation the moderator will take the action needed.
